This award was made to recognise fresh ideas which pointed to future ways of
delivering services. This category rewards the potential for development and
enduring improvement of services, and the use of expertise and experience
across the health and social care sector for a greater good.
Essex CC Awards were selected from entries from across Adults, Health &
Community Well-being directorate and the Private, Independent and Voluntary
organisations within the adult sector across Essex.
